No. We start with your work, not your tools. If you can explain how you get something done, we can map it with you.
The one you choose. Your workspace is an intentional filesystem, so it works with the AI system that suits you and you're not locked into one.
We build it with you, on purpose. The right structure has to fit how your organisation works and you need to own it after we step back. Anything built for you becomes another thing only one person understands.
Start with Beyond or Chart. They build the understanding and everyday practice that make this work land.
The duration of the work we do together depends on what you want to achieve. Some organisations come to us with one process that keeps falling over and that can be mapped, structured and handed on inside a few weeks. Others want the way their whole team works to change and that is a longer piece of mahi carried out over several months, in sessions spaced far enough apart for your people to put each step into practice between them. We scope it with you before we start, so you know how many sessions you are committing to, who needs to be in the room and what you will have at the end of it. We would rather set a shorter piece of work that lands than a long one that drifts.
